Learn roller derby!
Are you interested in Roller Derby and would you like to learn how to play it? Are you looking for a community where you'll fit right in? Then come put on your skates!
At the start of every year, we launch our newbie program—affectionately known as the "Freshmeat Class." It kicks off with open practice sessions, where you can try on skates, get a feel for the sport, and learn about our team, community, and the magic of roller derby. If you're ready to commit, you'll join our three-month Freshmeat Class. During this time, we’ll guide you step by step: from learning skating basics to mastering the rules and strategies of the game.
Can't wait until January? No worries! Just fill out this form, and we’ll find a way to get you rolling sooner.

SOs and NSOs
Fancy roller derby but don't want to play? No problem! We are always looking for great new people to join our team to help us make our games happen. There are two types of officials in roller derby - skating officials (SO) and non-skating officials (NSO). Skating officials oversee the game to make sure all skaters are playing safely and according to the rules. If they are not, they issue penalties. Non-skating officials are in charge of timing the game itself, recording and timing penalties, keeping score, and much more! Are you interested? Let us know!

Experienced skaters
Are you an experienced roller derby player and thinking about joining our league? Let us know via Contact form and we can set up a date when you can come meet us and skate with us at practise.
